“Datenschutzerklärung” as required by EU law.
The protection of your personal data is of particular concern to me. I therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the legal provisions (DSGVO, TKG 2003). In this private policy, I inform you about the most important aspects of data processing within the scope of my website.
Storage of access data for system security purposes
Access data is collected each time the website is accessed and stored in a log file on the server. This data includes: IP address, date and time, referrer URL, name of the file, amount of data transferred, browser and operating system, access status (file found, file not found, etc.).
This data is used for statistical evaluations, to ensure security and to optimise the website. The IP address is only evaluated if there is a suspicion of illegal use. The log data is deleted after seven days.
If you contact me by form on the website or by email, the data you provide will be stored by me for six months for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in case of follow-up questions. I never pass on this data without your consent.
A cookie is a short text snippet that is sent to your browser from a website you visit. It stores information about your last visit. This helps you to find your way around the website more quickly and to use it more effectively the next time you visit it.
You are generally entitled to the rights of information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, revocation and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or that your data protection rights have been violated in any other way, you can complain to the supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the data protection authority (“Datenschutzbehörde”).
